Long time Yuma, Arizona resident and original pioneer and Homesteader, Mrs. Everett (Marty) Miller passed away on Sunday May 26, 2013 in Rochester, MN. She was 94. She and her husband moved to the Yuma mesa in 1948. They were also longtime residents of Mabel, MN. Marty moved to Rochester, MN in 1987 after Everett's death.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Everett, in 1986. She is survived by four children: Linda Clement (Carsten) of Rochester, MN, Roy (Bette) of Henderson, NV, Ross of Las Vegas, NV, and Rod of New Ulm, MN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, May 29th at the Mengis Funeral Home in Mabel, MN. Visitation will be 11:30 until the time of service on Wednesday. Burial will be in the Burr Oak Cemetery, Burr Oak, Iowa. |
