Dennis Arden Inglett, 62, of Stewartville and formerly of Mabel, MN, died of cancer on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, surrounded by his family at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN.

He was born January 1, 1949 in Spring Grove, MN to Arden and Jeanette (Wilbur) Inglett. He married Lynda Elton on Nov. 25, 1972 in Harmoney and they later divorced.  Dennis worked at Crenlo Inc. in Rochester for many years. He owned an acreage and enjoyed raising cattle and other livestock.

He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Inglett (significant other, Nathan Leonard) of Rochester; his mother, Jeanette Inglett of Mabel, MN; his brother, David (Audrey) Inglett of Mabel; and his sister Darlyne (Ed) Dahle of Ellendale, MN and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and an infant sister, Delores Ann.

Funeral services will be at 11 am on Sat. July 30 at Burr Oak United Methodist Church, Burr Oak, Iowa. Rev. Mike Carey will officiate and burial will be in Prosper Cemetery, Prosper, MN. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 8 pm at Mengis Funeral Home, Mabel, MN and one hour prior to the service at the church on Sat.
